Services

What we run, and what each one leaves behind.

Six lines of work. Each is run in house, and each produces a record you can ask us for later.

Paid media buying

We plan, buy and manage campaigns in our own accounts, which means the targeting, the creative and the spend are things we can show you rather than summarise. Everything runs against a cost per acquisition you set.

Channel planning
Social, search and native chosen for the category, not for whatever we happen to have running this quarter.
Creative sign-off
Nothing goes live until you have approved the exact ad and page. Changes after approval come back to you first.
Pacing and cut-off
Daily pacing against target, and a placement that stops paying is cut the same day rather than at month end.

Lead generation

The pages and forms are ours: we write them, host them and log what happens on them. That is the whole point, because it is what lets us answer a question about a record months after it was delivered.

Pages we host
One-step and multi-step forms on our own domains, disclosure above the button and never hidden behind a link.
Provenance per record
Source URL, timestamp, IP, user agent and the consent wording exactly as it was shown at that moment.
Checks before delivery
Syntax, deliverability and duplicate checks run before an enquiry reaches you, not after you have paid for it.

Consumer messaging

Email and SMS follow-up for advertisers who want that handled properly. Messaging carries the steepest exposure of anything we do, so it is the part we run most conservatively.

Consent at the source
Express written consent captured at the form, with the sender named in the wording the consumer agreed to.
Timing and frequency
Quiet hours enforced in the consumer's own time zone, and caps on how often any programme contacts them.
Opt-out and suppression
STOP and unsubscribe applied immediately across every campaign we run, with do-not-contact lists checked before each send.

Publisher partnerships

Some volume comes from partners. We keep that list short and named, because a partner you cannot identify is a partner you cannot hold to anything.

Named partners only
We know who runs the traffic, where it originates and what the consumer was shown before they submitted.
Approved creative
Partners run what you signed off. Rewriting an offer to lift a click rate ends the relationship, not the conversation.
Reviewed weekly
Complaint rates, conversion quality and source mix are reviewed every week, and pausing a partner does not need your permission.

Record custody

Every enquiry we deliver leaves a file behind. Keeping those files usable is a job in itself, and it is the difference between answering a question and apologising for not being able to.

Stored against the record
Provenance is attached to the enquiry itself, not to a monthly export that nobody can reconcile later.
Retrieved on request
Ask about any record we sent you and the full file comes back the same day, in a form you can forward.
Retention with an end
Records are kept for the life of the programme and any period the law requires, and then they are deleted.

Programme review

Before a campaign runs we read the offer, the disclosure and where the data ends up. It is a short job that prevents long ones, and occasionally it ends with us declining the work.

Offer and disclosure
We check that what the ad promises and what the page discloses are the same thing, in language a person actually reads.
Delivery path
Where records go, who touches them and what happens to them after the sale, documented before the first one is sent.
A plain answer
If we think a programme will not survive contact with a regulator or a carrier, we say so before we take the budget.

What ends a partnership, in either direction

  • Traffic sourced differently from how it was described
  • Creative changed after sign-off
  • Co-registration passed off as a direct enquiry
  • Incentivised submissions
  • Suppression lists that were not applied
  • A consent record that cannot be produced on request

The list is short and we mean all of it. Stopping early is cheaper for everyone than unwinding a quarter of bad volume afterwards.

Tell us what you are trying to buy.

One call is usually enough to know whether this is a fit. If it is not, we will say so on that call rather than send a proposal.
