Privacy policy
What we collect, why we hold it, who receives it and how to have it removed.
Last updated 1 September 2026. This policy covers how Prospect Digital Hub LLC handles personal information. It is written to be read rather than survived.
What we collect
When you complete a form on one of our pages we collect what you entered: usually your name, your contact details and the answers relevant to the offer. We also record the submission itself — the page address, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and the consent wording displayed to you at that moment.
That technical record exists so a later question about your enquiry can be answered with facts instead of assurances.
Why we hold it
To pass your enquiry to the advertiser you responded to, to contact you about that enquiry, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not build profiles and we do not sell lists.
Who receives it
The advertiser whose offer you answered. Also the suppliers who make that possible — hosting, email and telephony providers — who may use it only to provide that service. We disclose information to a regulator or a court where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for the life of the programme they belong to, and consent records for at least as long as any applicable limitation period. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have it corrected where it is wrong.
- Have it deleted, unless we are required to keep it.
- Tell us to stop contacting you, at any time and without a reason.
- Ask us not to sell or share it — which we do not do in any case.
Write to [email protected] from the address you used, or call us. We answer within 45 days and usually much sooner.
Messages
If you agreed to email or SMS, reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email. The opt-out applies to every programme we run, not only the one that contacted you. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Children
Our forms are not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write to us and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are not applied retroactively to records already collected.
